      • Assistance for adults or children experiencing ongoing difficulties with their emotional or mental health
    • Chemical Dependency
      • Evaluation, intervention and help for eligible persons and their families with alcohol and/or drug problems
    • Developmental Disabilities
      • Help to develop and coordinate services for persons and their families with developmental disabilities/related conditions
    • Community Senior Services
      • Services to assist elderly to maintain independence
    • Adult Protection Services
      • Providing protection and services to adults not able to meet their own needs
    • Day Care and Foster Care Licensing
      • Assistance in becoming licensed to provide day care or foster care for children or support care for adults in your family residence

      • Provides monthly payments for the basic needs of qualified persons
    • Emergency Assistance
      • Help for individuals and families when they lack food, housing, heat or other basic needs
    • Food Support
      • Provides monthly benefits that help low-income households buy the food they need for good health
    • Energy Assistance
      • Helps eligible households with heat costs, furnace repair/replacements, and other energy related problems
    • Child Care Assistance
      • Financial assistance to families with their child care costs when they are working, looking for work, going to school or training to prepare for work

      • Ensure regular support payments for children with absent parents
    • Establish Paternity
      • Determine legal parentage and collect support for children

    • Coordination/Networking with Volunteer Organizations
      • Provide support, guidance and technical assistance to help assure quality management and provision of services by volunteer groups area wide
    • Senior Citizen Program Coordination
      • Providing assistance to area Senior Citizen centers, the Brown County Committee on Aging, plus other programs serving older adults
