    Cash Assistance

  • Provides monthly payments for the basic needs of qualified persons. The Combined Application Form, or CAF, is used to apply for cash programs. A printable version is available on most of the links below. Your Financial Worker will determine which of the four programs you might be eligible for.

    • You can apply at Brown County Family Services, P.O. Box 788, 1117 Center Street, New Ulm MN 56073. You may also mail your application form to Dept of Human Services in St. Paul MN to the address listed on the Application Form.
