Everyone remembers the three “R’s” of the environment - Reduce, Reuse, Recycle! We feel like we are now getting a good handle on the Reuse and Recycle part, but lets try working on the third “R”—REDUCE. All of us can take part in reducing our waste, whether its at home, work or school—just consider things such as buying items with less packaging, composting at your home or using both sides of a piece of paper before recycling it! Simple steps in reducing your waste every day will go a long way in benefiting this generation and the next.

    • Springfield - Tauer's SuperValu,  101 W Central St. - 10 am to 12 am
    • New Ulm - New Ulm Steel & Recycling, 218 19th St. S - 2 pm to 4:30 pm
  • June 2nd – Free Household Hazardous Waste
    • New Ulm - Brown County Fairgrounds, 1201 N State St -  2 pm to 6 pm
  • June 23rd - Free Household Hazardous Waste
    • Springfield - Brown County Highway Garage, 507 Burns Ave - 11 am to 1 pm
