IMMTRACK Immunization Information Connection
All providers of immunizations in the county are part of the Minnesota Information Connection, where all immunizations given are recorded and the record maintained for parents needing the record for schools, day care providers, camps and athletics. Parents also get a reminder notice from IMMTRACK when immunizations are due. Immunization records can be obtained through your medical center or by calling the IMMTRACK offices at 1-800-658-2877
