In addition, the county offices are closed the Friday after Thanksgiving and for the afternoon on Christmas Eve day. Please note that we are open on Columbus Day. If an observed holiday falls on a Saturday, then the county offices will be closed the preceding Friday. If the holiday falls on a Sunday, the offices are closed on the following Monday.
