The Auditor-Treasurer’s office is responsible for a variety of financial functions including: management of county investments, financial reporting, accounting for collection and disbursement of county funds (see Vendor Information), distribution of property tax funds to jurisdictions, annual audit coordination, and assistance to county departments with operational budget management.


Brown County Financial Statements Annual Reports

The County conducts financial and management audits to ensure that it is operating in accordance with the highest standards of financial management competence and integrity.
