Health Information Related to Children and Youth

  • Health Powered Kids (Link) -  When children eat well, get exercise and are able to cope with stress, they focus better in school and get better grades. That's why Allina Health created a new FREE program called Health Powered KidsT. It's designed to empower children and teens to make good choices about being active, eating well and balancing their lives.
