Petition To Make Minor Alterations Or Changes In County Ditch No. 72

TAKE NOTICE, that the State of Minnesota, by Margaret Anderson Kelliher, its Commissioner of Transportation, has filed a Petition with the Auditor of Brown County, pursuant to Section 161.28 of Minnesota Statutes, praying that she be allowed to make minor alterations or changes in County Ditch No. 72.

Landowners may virtually participate in the hearing. Email auditor@co.brown.mn.us to obtain the link for the meeting. This participation information will also be posted on the board meeting agenda that is posted on the county’s website the Friday prior to the meeting. www.co.brown.mn.us

The Petition will be presented to the County Board of Brown County in the Law Enforcement Training Room in New Ulm, Minnesota on the 16th day of March, 2021 at 9:10 a.m.
