Health assessments are provided for pregnant and/or parenting families, and infants. We continue visiting with the family as the child grows, through the preschool years. Education is provided on nutrition, exercise, labor, delivery, growth and development, parenting and other community resources.  Referrals are made to other resources as needed by the family.

Families are not charged for these services, but MA or Insurance may be billed.
