Brown County Human Services provides financial support to elderly, disabled and low-income residents of Brown County. Upon receipt of the application an interview will be scheduled and/or a request for information will be mailed. For the SNAP program, be sure to turn in a signed first page of the application ASAP. This signature and date will determine the first date benefits may start if found eligible for this program.

- Application for Certain Populations – Health care assistance for those certified disabled by Social Security or are OVER age 65
- Application for Long Term Care – Health care assistance for those in a nursing home or intermediate care or nursing facility or persons needing help through a waiver program.
