The Brown and Redwood County Board of Commissioners, sitting as the joint drainage authority for Judicial Ditch 12 Brown and Redwood, will hold a final hearing on the pending Petition for the redetermination of benefits and damages and benefited areas and damaged areas of Judicial Ditch 12 Brown and Redwood County at 10:00 a.m. on November 18, 2021, at the Springfield Community Center located at 33 S Cass Avenue, Springfield, Minnesota. The viewers’ reports of redetermined benefits and damages is received and on file with the Drainage Authority. The reports, along with any amendments, if any, are available for inspection at the auditor-treasurer office located in the Brown County Courthouse, City of New Ulm, or by calling (507) 233-6811.
