Vaccines Offered (first and second dose):

• Moderna (ages 6 months and older)
• Johnson & Johnson (ages 18 and older)
• Pfizer (ages 6 months and older)

1st Boosters Offered:

• Moderna (ages 18+, given five months after completed series)
• Johnson & Johnson (ages 18+, given two months after completed series) *
• Pfizer (ages 12+, given five Months after completed series)

2nd Boosters Offered:

• Moderna (ages 50+ or those 18+ with immunocompromising conditions given 4 months after first booster)
• Pfizer (ages 50+ or those 12+ with immunocompromising conditions given 4 months after first booster)

For those who received the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine as both their primary series dose and booster dose, they may receive a 2nd booster dose using an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine (Moderna or Pfizer) at least 4 months after their first Johnson & Johnson booster dose.

*The CDC recommends the Moderna or Pfizer vaccines over the Johnson & Johnson vaccinine.
