The Human Services Department located at the Community Services Building at 1117 Center Street is open from 8 am to 4:30 pm Mondays through Fridays. We recommend masks be worn in our department.
Forms and applications may be brought into our office during business hours but there are other alternatives.
- Applications and forms can be put in the drop box in our parking lot. If possible, please place in an envelope with your name and who it should go to. The box will be checked multiple times throughout the day and will not impact your eligibility date for benefits because you are not bringing into the building. If you need original documents returned, please note on the document and we will mail the original back to you
